At Preegaura, we carefully check every product before dispatch to ensure that it reaches you in good condition. Please read our Refund and Returns Policy carefully before placing your order.

1. No Returns

We do not accept returns on our products.

Once an order has been delivered, it cannot be returned for a refund due to change of mind, personal preference, size preference, or any other reason.

2. Exchange for Damaged Products

Exchange is available only if the product is received damaged.

If you receive a damaged product, please contact us as soon as possible with the required details and clear photographs/videos of the product and packaging.

The exchange request will be reviewed and verified by our team before approval.

3. Conditions for Exchange

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • The product must have been received damaged.

  • The product should not have been worn, used, altered, or damaged after delivery.

  • The original packaging should be retained.

  • Required photographs/videos may be requested for verification.

4. Non-Eligible Products

Products that are worn, used, altered, intentionally damaged, or returned without following the required exchange process will not be eligible for exchange.

5. Refunds

Preegaura does not offer refunds for returned products.

In case of an approved damaged-product claim, an eligible exchange will be provided as per our policy.
